Automatic model with a wheeled support, equipped with a new electronic board which guides the user in operating the machine.

Easy to use: the wet cutlery pieces are placed on the slide on the upper part of the machine and slide inside the dryer, and then come out automatically from the front of the machine. They slide inside an inspectionable spiral tunnel made of stainless steel, immersed in hot corn cob.

The production amounts to about 10000 cutlery pieces. Recommended for activities with a capacity of over 250 seats. Built entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel.
The corn cob is a plant-based and biodegradable material and can be used for about 120 working days.
